Wonder what she'll think when the trend for tattoos disappears, and her grand-kids say "grandma - why did you mutilate your body like that and make a complete and utter a*se of yourself?"

Well... it hasn't happened for hundreds of years so I suspect your concern for Cheryl is unwarrented

Nothing like a nice tattoo to get the fingers wagging. When I read the moaning, an image of Mavis from Corrie comes into my mind.

    Hello:)

And aren't you just finger wagging at the finger waggers?

She should have spent the tattoo money on singing lessons instead.

Exactly, why would anyone tattoo their skin without thinking what they will look like in old age?

She can do as she likes but I think it looks gross. How is she going to feel about it 30 years from now? That's a serious of amount of lasering, she's facing.

on her bottom cheeks too, by the looks of the thorns...ouch!

    Looks terrible.

why anyone would want to do that to themselves is beyond me.

Can you imagine at 60 going to do the doctors. or on the beach. O.o

yes she should. I suppose the focus on her tattoo detracts from the vocals, which aren't mentioned at all in the article. As the saying goes you just can't buy class.

In fairness, everyone's skin looks crap in old age. That's why they keep it covered up!

At least it is behind her and she only gets to see it only in a mirror backwards

She has never more resembled a cast member of "my big fat gypsy wedding" than she has right now.

I'll be honest, I don't find her anywhere near as attractive now.

It's a real blow to her sex appeal. Oh well, it was nice while it lasted

I'm sure she'll be crying herself to sleep tonight now that she knows you think it looks gross.

She loves tattoos, and I think it's decent, if she decides she hates it in 30 years time then she can deal with it then.

I'm sure she won't ;) but I have an opinion all the same. Just like you do.
Art is in the eye of the beholder. I love some tattoos. Some, I think- note the 'I think' in my earlier post too- are gross and this is one of them.

I'm no fan of CC but do think she's a very lovely looking person and the tat adds very little to that.

If she does decide she hates it in 30 years' time and does want it removing, then all I can say is that she'll have a very sore back and ar*e for a bit, which she might have trouble sitting down on for a while (unless there's a revolution in laser surgery). Again, that's her choice....

This, of course, assuming it's a permanent job.

Wonder if she gets a pricking sensation.

She definitely will if she ever has it lasered! :D

'You can take the girl out of Newcastle, but canne take...' need I say more!

Definitely looking rough and more than a bit podgy. Oh for the talents of an photoshopper or airbrusher, eh Chezza?

    Podgy?

The difference here is she actually looks healthy and she has done for a while now.

Or would you rather she looked like this?

No wonder eating disorders are on the rise if you think Cheryl is even remotely "podgy".

Cheryl Cole fat? If she's fat, I think everyone wants to be fat then  she looks great.
She looks healthier now, yes she's gained weight but she looks miles better for it.
