when you were younger did you use to have any trust issues?
I had really low self-esteem, so I couldn't believe anyone even liked me. If anyone showed affection I didn't trust them much because I didn't believe them.

I have about 6/7 friend friends yeah . I only trust one of them 6 . Even the 1 i do trust i wont tell my secrets to . Can i ask how did you build your self esteem up over the years ?

My second job helped as it had a good social life attached to it - there were nights out etc. But I still remained extremely shy and I am to this day, just less so. I'm still single I've sort of learned by my mistakes though and unfortunately you have to live them out over time. You sound sensible and you're right about being cautious on who to trust. I've been let down many times, but there are nice people out there

Frustrated with myself. I could have (possibly) gone to sleep an hour ago but I had something I needed to do and now it's too late. Take me about an hour to drop off usually which leaves me with like 5 hours sleep.
