Watched the women's all round final tonight. It was Beth Tweddle's time to shine, but Louis gave some good input as well but not a lot , so not much missed really. Of course he looked divine. :cool:

Well done to Max Whitlock for his silver medal on the Pommel. I loved how nervous Louis was watching him! :') And his comments afterwards were so lovely and supportive.

Yes, I did see him on the edge of his seat yesterday! I think in his mind, he was doing that routine right along with Max!!

No he didn't join in the commentary for the vault today. Just general analysis with Matt and Beth. They seem to only roll him out for pommel routines at the moment. Hopefully there'll be more chances for him to commentate on the other apparatus in future. I'm sure his knowledge is more than adequate. :cool:
Haha! Louis always says he's 'not retired'! :rolleyes: Personally I'd be thrilled if he gave it one more go because then I'd hopefully get to see him do a pommel horse routine live!! But it will surely take some serious effort to get back to the level of some of these gymnasts we've seen this weekend! :eek:
That wonderful quote from Louis seemed to really resonate with people on twitter yesterday! One of the reasons I think he has a future in sports commentary.
