Request for a poll. I haven't posted enough to create a poll. This topic is being discussed here and on other forums/pages. There are a lot arguing for and against. I would like to see some stats.

1 - Yes, I saw it
2 - I think I might have
3 - I didn't see it
4 - No, it didn't happen

Yes I saw it, and I was not aware of the discussion about it beforehand.

Spot the person who watched the dodgy copy (or had a stopwatch running???) ;)

I watched out for it the third time I saw it. Can see why some might have thought it in passing, but it really wasn't. With the light as it was you didn't see much of definition on his face - easy for the mind to play tricks, and the way he held his head was very reminiscent of a popular picture of Reeve.

Isn't option 3 and 4 exactly the same?

Haven't see the film, not likely to, but I read a feature on it recently where Zack Snyder, or maybe one of the producers, stated that they were not in any way attempting to remake, homage or otherwise tip a deliberate nod to the Reeve Superman, so I'd be surprised if any likeness was intentional.

It was hard enough seeing anything through those 3D glasses.

Seems like a bit of a non story to me (just like the movie was to me :D).

Pretty much. There are people who say they didn't see it but it might have happened, they might have missed it, and then there are others that are pretty sure it didn't happen. Just trying to have a bigger choice, ie. not just yes or no.

Actually by doing that you dilute the poll and make it worse.

Hah! How cool is that? :)

I keep reading about what a nice guy Cavill is in real life, and there in your article is another person saying it. He certainly comes across well in interviews and suchlike.
