Kind of.
You take minced lamb and spice it up. You can also add pureed fresh veggies such as onion, pepper, chilli etc. then spead it on the flatbread and grill it.
Had my brother and his girlfriend over for Sunday lunch. He loves chocolate cakes. I did Oreo, and Jaffa cake. Also experimented with new cupcake cases and new hot pink and different piping nozzle (my flatmate calls it the 'dog poo' nozzle):

Not quite up to the standard of some of the cakes posted, but here's a slice of my carrot cake I just made. http://oi45.tinypic.com/r0v3o7.jpg
Alright, it's a bit flat, but I'm blaming that on the fact I used a shallow baking tin....
And I don't have any icing, so looks like it'll be a slightly healthier than usual carrot cake.

that looks tasty to me, and i cannot abide carrot cake.
@vic: have you tried anything with creme eggs? i was going to see if i could get whole ones in a big cake somehow but i don`t have a suitable tin [yet], do you reckon they stay gooey or go hard and horrid?
Ah, thanks.
That curry looks realy tasty(masterfully photographed too I might add), I've been experimenting more with veggie dishes lately so am continually getting ideas from threads like this.
Make sure you post pictures if you do make them - they look pretty good in those recipes!

thank you:)
it was ok, could`ve done with better spices but i only had a tub of curry powder and there wasn`t enough coconut for me.
mrs buckley: something similar to those but flatter would be great with weeny shortbread fingers as egg and chips for a kids party.
My best pal's 4 year old daughter's birthday. A set of cupcakes and a miniature (5 ins i think) birthday cake. This is the first time making a fondant figure and the first time making an actual birthday cake. Covering it in rolled fondant wasn't as tricky as I'd imagined (but then it was only small):
Thanks Annette, and I was just eyeing up your mac cheese earlier. Food of the devil but looks sooooo yummy and I think I can imagine how good it tasted!
