OK, so this is a huge long shot, but its a 2000s (mid-to-late I want to say?) pop/dance song, fairly mellow and not a lot to it, there was a vocal but I can't even remember if it was male or female, but the big part of it was a repeated chiptune-ish, high speed high pitch riff that sort of went "dit dit, dit dit dit dit, dit dit dit dit da-dit".
Again this is so vague but I'm hoping the description of the little riff might help, its been stuck in my head for ages. I might even recreate the riff through some medium and post it here to see if it helps!

We No Speak Americano
My first thought?
I recall it definitely had verses and chorus (not just generic dance song repeated loop), it was quite "urban" sounding.
Lumidee - Never Leave You?
No chiptune-y riff, sorry!
gigi d'agostino la passion?
Jojo - Leave (Get Out)?
Blue Cantrell ft Sean Paul - Breathe?
Christina Milian - Dip It Low?
Luciana ft Bodyrox - Yeah Yeah?
Some of Stacie Orrico's stuff had a bit of a tune to them.
