Hi guys I've got a iPad wifi only is it possible to get a signal from my iPhone 4S when I can't get a wifi signal when out and about cheers
Depends on who your iphone contract is from. Some providers allow what is called "Tethering" on some, but not all, of their contracts. Try going to settings on your iphone and activating your hotspot.
It just eats up your data allowance, it uses slightly more than the equivalent on your iPhone for some reason. Still works out cheaper than getting a 3/4g iPad unless you use tethering a lot.
Just remember to turn off your hotspot on your phone when your not using it.
Thankyou I'm with tmobile full monty would I get charged more for doing this thankyou
When Full Monty contracts were first launched they permitted tethering, but contracts created after (I think) July 2012 don't permit it. Check with T-Mobile customer services.
