Has anyone tried making ice lollies using particular booze and tasted nice?
I was thinking of making some using cider, I assume lager ones wouldn't taste nice and strong spirits like vodka wouldn't freeze, what about gin and tonic ones? And I read somewhere to stir the cider before freezing it, would that make a big difference?

ooooooOOooOOo sounds LUSH!
What do you put in just vodka and passion fruit? whats the ratio? oooooooo im going camping soon, they might be ideal to make and take as a nice surprise for everyone for when we get there and the tents are up...!
Mix two thirds passion fruit juice and one third vodka before hand and the just pour it into the lolly moulds.
Vodka and chambord works well too but is a bit like frozen rocket fuel!
I don't have shares in them, honest!
You can buy cheap ones in pound shops so I might get some and try those vodka and passionfruit ones which do sound nice.

I know that some people keep vodka in freezers to keep it cold, but it never freezes.
At the strength it is neat (37.5 to 40%) it won't freeze, but if you dilute it down to 5-10% then it will freeze fine - just as beer or wine does if you put a bottle into the freezer to cool and then forget about it (done than too many times!)
I am TOTALLY doing that! Genius.
i did try making vodka icelollys for our trip, but they crumbled everywhere too much vodka i reckon...
