Hello, my friend I had green tea in morning after sometimes I eat porridge. In lunch I eat Salad and whole wheat pasta with herbs. In dinner time I eat tuna and red capsicum. For brekkie I had a piece of cake and cuppa, mushrooms and broccoli with white sauce for lunch and now I'm having a piece of chocolate cake with cuppa again. For dinner, i'll be having gnocchi and hot chocolate afterwards. I think roger_lloyd is a spammer, and needs to be put on a diet.
Breakfast: Maple and pecan crunch cereal with milk and coffee
Snack: Cadburys snack bar biscuits with coffee
Lunch: Chicken tikka samosas with potato salad and plain salad
Dinner: Roast chicken dinner followed by fruit cocktail trifle

Dinner: went to a Turkish restaurant and had shared a mixed platter of falafel, borak, houmous, olives, bread, 2 types of vulgar wheat salad, selection of dips and a vegetable stew thing

Two bags of Walker's prawn cocktail crisps, (I used to prefer Sainsbury's until they dulled the flavour) two Sainsbury's mint ice cream cones and a glass of Lidl's cheap cola.
