Anybody a fan of this?

I think it's good value and the picture quality is very good even in SD.

About 6 months ago I got an Apple TV box and I rented a few. The picture quality is good but it's pricey - there's a Netflix app on Apple TV too which has more and more recent films on it, so I use that much more often.

I thought on iTunes was a bit overpriced, not sure what I'm comparing too though.
Heard Netflix was a bit behind so might need to look into that as I now have the Apple TV too.

It's about £3.49 - £2.49 a rental not cheap but not overly expensive either.

There's not many 99p rentals around on Itunes at the moment.

Netflix really improves if you have access to the US version...

And now really suffers from it with Netflix saying it's not available and having to go back into unblock US because your IP address has changed, then resetting everything in order for it to work again. Pain the proverbial.

I like how movies can be rented from midnight on release with the iTunes Store.

I used to rent films via iTunes a few years ago but stopped in the end. I mainly just stream for free online at various websites now.
