How is everyone enjoying the Eurovision?

I actually think that this year is a strong year and I cannot even predict the winner.

I love the UK entry and I think we have a good chance of getting into the top 5. My other favourites from the competition are: Hungary, Sweden, San Marino, Greece etc.

So who are your favourites from Eurovision 2014?

I haven't heard any that will be in the semis tonight, but so far, I liked The Netherlands song best.

Conchita and her song slayed tonight, I think she's my favourite, for sure my favourite of the night but there were a lot of stand outs on semi final 1.

Me two. The Netherlands was the only song on the 1st semi where I actually paid my full attention. It sounded like a 'proper' song - if that makes sense :D Far too good for Eurovision!

I agree. It really is a good song and is actually the sort of thing that Bob Harris would normally play. Which he might appreciate because he always has to follow the Eurovision coverage on Radio 2. It would also be good to see The Netherlands do well for once. Whatever happens I personally think we will hear much more of The Common Linnets.

The Netherlands was my favourite as well. It was nice that a Country song did so well.

    Sweden should have won.

It's the only one I can still hear playing in my head this morning. The mark of a good Eurovision song, imo....memorable.
Can't remember a single word or note of the woeful winner and, although the Netherlands was quite pleasant to listen to while it was on, I can't bring that one to mind, either.

Another vote for The Netherlands. It was different to the other songs and for me it was a lot better than the others. :)

    It's currently #6 on iTunes.

    1. Netherlands
    2. Sweden
    3. Austria

However, when you take performance into account I think that Conchita was the most deserving winner.
