samsung 8000 and 9000 series

seems a daft question but i cant find a on off switch you can put in standby or unplug but no switch,there is a button on the back of mine with a red cross through but im assuming thats the reset button nothing in the manuals...anyone help !!

    Hardly any TV's have had ON/OFF switches for years, they just have very low power consumption in standby - so no need for a switch (which historically has always been a common failure).

    The Samsungs don't have an ON/OFF switch, they use that little power in Standby, they don't need them, as said above. :)
