Hi just downloaded the file soi can get the proper teams for pro evo, but how do i add it to the system so i can play as proper teams ?

You need to copy the files to your PS3. Just follow these intructions: http://www.pespatchs.com/2011/10/how-to-import-an-option-file-to-your-ps3-tutorial.html

That guide is for the previous games but will work for PES 2013 as well.
