Rob Brydon . I remember seeing him when his hair was practically non existant .
Now by a miracle he has a full head of hair .
It must be hell in the very hot weather having a wig glued to your head . What must be more uncomfortable is I've seen Terry wear a cap over his wig when he plays golf .
I wonder do they take them off when they get home .
I know Fred Astaire used only wear his wig only when filming . Other times he'd remove it .
I didn't know they glued them on
Or do you mean being forced to keep it on no matter how uncomfortable ;-)
He doesn't claim not to have and I believe it is. He is not hiding the fact that he was balding - it would be pretty damn difficult when the 'evidence' is there for all to see in Gavin and Stacey and so on.
What does it matter if he is happy with it. It looks good anyway and he has suffered all his life from his skin. Let him be happy with his luxuriant locks I say. David Walliams, his friend, makes a joke about it in his (Walliams') autobiography and I hardly think it's a secret.
Nobody is taking the pee out of people with an illness, it's the vain people we're mocking. It's quite simple to understand really.
Yes. It's also easy to understand that Showbiz people are bound to be vain to a greater or larger extent. It is also easy to understand that keeping up appearances is more of a necessity, struggle, keeping in work and so on. Even Alan Titchmarsh has been reported as saying all the main male presenters currently in work have a good/reasonable head of hair.
As for Melvyn Bragg, I reckon he has always had a little too much if anything. Perhaps he could donate some of it.
A few weeks ago I would've reluctantly admitted the results of his latest round of plastic surgery didn't actually look too bad.... but now his face seems to be rejecting it, or something.
I was watching Sky News yesterday and during the adverts comedian Alistair McGowan popped up making a charity appeal.
At first I thought he was in character, as he was sporting a ridiculous hairpiece or transplant that was thick and parted in the middle, with hair floppy at the sides like Hugh Grant.
LOL.
More laughable as he's been balding back and front for years.

That's reassuring. So how about all those people who pretend that their faces are a multitude of different colours via the makeup bag ? Or those who pretend to be taller than they are by wearing shoes that assist the illusion ?
Martin Lewis The Money Expert has dodgy looking hair. It's gone a chestnut colour and he's really bald at the top back but has had some sort of weaving done on the top front.

Anyone else seem him???
Saw that the other day and had to snigger. Apart from it being obviouos, he's too old to have curtains.
And what about Andrew Neil on The Politics Show? Very weird colour, texture and shape.
Not sure about Tony Blackburn - I tend to think it's a dodgy combover and the artifical texture others have remarked on is just a result of excessive lacquer.

Yep, those with cancer, eating disorders, alopecia, thyroid problems, lupus and PCOS really are a deluded bunch.
Thankfully they have you to point and laugh at them.

I suppose Kitty Webb could become the Default answer to a lot of topics? :-D

Just horrific!
This made me laugh more than it should, (sorry Mickey).

Oh dear. One of life's deep thinkers then ? ;-)

I don't know whether to laugh at him or cry for him.
