Frollo is the most underrated. That whole movie is.

I don't like the main character of the gargoyles but I do love the rest of the movie. The art design is glorious.

I think Frollo stands out as he is one of the very few human antagonists in a Disney movie and his motivations are just plain fascinating.
Hellfire is a brilliant brilliant song.

Jafar! No idea why, really. Just loved him since I was a kid.

The best Disney villain though is Frollo. I mean "Hellfire" is just epic. Evil and epic. Way darker than any other Disney villain. Followed perhaps by Maleficient (and I just love her anyway!).

Does Pixar count? If so, I found Lotso bear fairly terrifying.

Dr Facillier from The Princess and the Frog is pretty scary.

From my childhood, the Wicked Stepmother from Cinderella scared the poop out of me. That scene where she is about to lock Cinderella in her room to stop her from trying on the slipper and all you see is her Silhouette and her eyes *shudders*

    No one shoots like Gaston
    Makes those beauts like Gaston
Then goes stomping around wearing boots like Gaston

He used Antlers in all of his decorating.

    My what a guy, Gaston.

In terms of character and depth Scar and Ursula stand out.

In terms of pure entertainment value Yzma from Emperor's New Groove

Jafar is the best, followed by Scar and Ursula. I like Maleficent and Cruella de Vil too.

"Yzma: Ah, how shall I do it? Oh, I know. I'll turn him into a flea, a harmless, little flea, and then I'll put that flea in a box, and then I'll put that box inside of another box, and then I'll mail that box to myself, and when it arrives...

    [laughs]

Yzma: ...I'll smash it with a hammer! It's brilliant, brilliant, brilliant, I tell you! Genius, I say!"

Ah, yeah! Yzma! How could I forget about her. She was just nuts

It's got to be Cruella Da Ville for me too. A very frightening woman.

    In no particular order:

Scar. He murdered his brother and tried to have his nephew killed and ruled the pride with a reign of terror. Quite sexy too :confused:

Ursula. She robbed a young girl of her voice with the promise that she could imprison her as a slave forever. But she is kinda fabulous! :D

Cruella De Vil. She killed puppies to make coats out of them! Plus she has an evil name. But she too is fabulous :)

    Prince John/Sir Hiss

Edgar the Butler from The Aristocats

I could go on, but they're my favourites :)
