I know we have two more months to go, but wanted to do a thread on new shows of this year and what ones have really impressed you.
Bates Motel, Orphan Black Masters of Sex and Under The Dome have for me been the absolute standouts for this year.
I also think Sleepy Hollow, The Tomorrow People, The Millers and Once Upon a Time In Wonderland are fantastic as well.

Siberia
Hannibal
The Originals
The Bridge US
I quite like Ravenswood, Sleepy Hollow and I'm sticking with OUATIW only because of OUAT.
I gave S.H.I.E.L.D, The Blacklist, Hostages, The Tomorrow people a go but dropped them after a few episodes.
2. Bates Motel
3. Hannibal
I started loads more but dropped them after one or two episodes. The fall 2013 shows are beyond awful. I don't remember a year this bad for new Fall shows.
Banshee, Ray Donovan, Hannibal, The Americans. Hello Ladies (only seen three eps, but each one better than the previous), Family Tree..
Haven't started Masters of Sex, but I think I'm going to like it,
Orphan Black
The Americans
Banshee
The Blacklist
Hostages
Siberia
Under the Dome
Gave up on SHIELD and OUAT Wonderland
Undecided on Tomorrow People
Still to watch Masters of Sex
The Blacklist
Banshee
Graceland
Haven't seen it, but I can tell you that reviewers in the US have been quite brutal.
Graceland
and Sleepy Hollow
Under the Dome
*UK rather than US, but stand out for me so I've included it
My Losers
To be Cancelled
If Hannibal maintains its current standard-I'm three episodes in-then I'll continue following it too.
Everything else I've tried has been dreadful.
*It's distributed by BBC Worldwide, but made in Canada.
The international market distributor is irrelevant. The show is a Canadian/American co-production. A Canadian production company, Temple Street Productions, makes it, but when they tried shopping it to Canadian channels none were interested. They then shopped it in the US and BBC America wanted it. With Americans interested, the Space channel in Canada, which had rejected the show before, suddenly decided they were interested in co-producing.
Your argument appears to be based on the fact BBC America is American, it's a 50/50 partnership between BBC Worldwide and Discovery Communications. So it's more British-American.
This, however, is a discussion I'd rather not have. So include if you want, but I'd personally call it Canadian.
Ray Donovan - Jon Voight has still got what it takes.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine - crazy fun
Orphan Black - Tatiana Maslany deserves an Emmy
Banshee - well OTT but highly watchable
The Americans - Good cold war adventure
Sleepy hollow - slight but fun
Hated Under the Dome, did Stephen King write soap operas
Okay, we don't have to have a discussion, but I will at least explain my reasoning (for anybody else reading this, if you are not interested). BBC America is incorporated as an American company and operates independent of the UK's BBC. The nationality of the company that either partly or entirely owns it doesn't matter. It is still an American company. By the same principle, the producer of Downton Abbey, Carnival Films, is still a British company even though it is entirely owned by NBC/Universal, an American company.
We stacked the ad free versions from Sky's On Demand and watched them over a couple of weeks, finishing on Friday.
You shouldn't be disappointed, we weren't.
