Would a spin-off series with the Doctor's daughter Jenny work?

While I was watching The Doctor's Daughter story on 'Watch' earlier today at 6pm, I was wondering if a spin-off series with Jenny (Georgia Moffett) would work.
We've only seen her in one story back in 2008, and it would be such a shame if we never saw Jenny again. I know it was Russell T. Davies that thought of the character, but I think that Steven Moffat could carry on her story.
She should definately make an appearance in the November special. Jenny, I think, is an important part of Doctor Who's history. She is the Doctor's daughter after all.
What do YOU think? Would a spin-off work? I mean, we have had The Sarah Jane Adventures, plus Torchwood. And we've had the Disney XD series K9, about a future K9 that somehow gets to our time now, and solves mysteries with a group of teenagers.

She was too briefly on the show and most casual viewers have probably long since forgotten about her.
So Steven Moffat that was the reason she came back to life, then? I didn't know that.
I do hope she comes back. It was a great story. If she does come back, I hope it's soon.
I saw Georgia in the ITV3 repeat of a 2005 ITV adaptation of Tom Brown's Schooldays about 12 months ago. She was good in that.
That's the only other thing I've seen her in, apart from the animated Doctor Who story where she voiced one of the characters.
As to Moffat, while he did mention in passing when reading the script that it would be less "Star Trek" if she survived than if she died (as she did in the original script) he was surprised when RTD stated that she was kept alive on Moffats say so.
While she's an ok character and it might be nice for the Doctor to meet up with her once again I really don't think she's a strong enough character to have her own show.
If they ever do any more spin offs with existing characters it should either be River Song or the Paternoster Gang.
Those two in Blink were the highlight of the episode.
Maybe she could be carrying Victoria...
Can you actually clone a female from male DNA?
More likely a bit of artistic license.
Thankfully they appear to have been wrong, cause she was a godawful character.
It would make more sense if she was carrying Susan, hence Grandfather...
(It was rather late when I posted that!)
Not as bad as River Song surely!!
I quite like River, tbh, though I didn't fully warm to the character till around The Pandorica Opens. I think River is a very very popular character, even if she has her detractors. Not sure outside of fandom that Jenny is even a character that has lingered long in the public consciousness, tbh.
The episode isn't a classic but it's enjoyable enough.
The name Jennifer has been in use since the 18th century. Before 1906 the name was fairly uncommon, but it gained some recognition after George Bernard Shaw used it for the main female character in The Doctor's Dilemma.
Interesting.
Sorry come again? Jenny from The Doctors Daughter is Vastras wife? Ooooooooooooook then
She's not. They're different characters.
