Julia's Theme to be used next week?
http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/soaps/s2/eastenders/spoilers/a366518/michael-proposes-to-janine.html
On March 2nd 2012, Michael proposes to Janine and it looks like these scenes take place at the end of the episode.
The previous episode features a massive row which could end their relationship.
I've got a feeling that the argument will lead to some dramatic decisions and Michael will rush to Janine to ask her the big question.
Going by the pictures (at first I thought it was the London Eye) it looks like a romantic moment, but I think the episode may have a happy ending.

I hope it does
After looking at that article, it looks obvious that writers/producers wanted this moment to be special, so maybe it mirror the Dot/Jim proposal (but obviously not the London Eye but a Skyscraper).
So Michael will propose, Janine will say yes look out across the City and smile, leaving Michael to stare happily into the distance.
Possible end credits (A view of London from the skyscraper)
 I hope she doesn't.
Dot & Jim and Michael & Janine could not be any more different as couples so the proposals won't be the same. Jim took Dot to the London Eye because it was something she had always wanted. Michael is being flash, trying to impress Janine.
oh no i love this EE couple why cant they just be happy instead BK thinks we want tyler and whitney to be happy
Its O.K, I think further spoilers say they're engaged. The first spoilers about next Monday's episode said that Michael was angry with Janine but the detailed synopsis says that even though he's annoyed with her they are engaged.
So it must be happy ending, I'm just hoping with Julia's Theme and a shot of London for the credits.
