I'm looking at this 42" Panasonic and 40" Samsung models and would like some advice on which to go for.
I know the Panasonic doesn't have the 3D, but I'm not interested in that anyway. Likewise the Freesat HD. I'll be watching using standard Sky+ for the majority of the time, but will take advantage of Freeview HD when possible.
I am very interested in watching things like BBC iPlayer on my TV via WIFI, so would either of these models be better than the other one for doing this?
Any help is appreciated. Cheers.

Just be aware as I am sure most will be that streaming iplayer via wifi is liable to buffering on higher data throughputs -- fortunately if you connect a TV to your router via cable or even home plugs then this never happens . The San you mention is not a F8000 and is OK but --- its not a F8000 !
Thanks for the comments, so which would you recommend? I'm guessing the Panasonic.
Forgot to say the stepup model is the ET60 range
If you are wanting a sam then go F8000 its fantastic but you pays your money and all that . LOL
Give it a rest - you keep sprouting this same incorrect misleading rubbish every time someone mentions Homeplugs.
