What an odd reacton to the complaint. I would have first apologised and then said I would investigate as soon as they'd all gone back. I wouldn't have just said "Fine. That's fine" and left it at that.

I think they were shocked and upset.

Dont agree with her bringing it up in front of everyone else...there are nicer ways of dealing with problems like these...

Oh - they're not having breakfast in the morning!

It's difficult - to do it in front of everyone certainly put her on the spot so I'd find it difficult to think of the correct response at that point!

Veronica is a foul person. I wonder if she applied the same criteria to alternative b&b.

The stains on that mattress did look unpleasant.

I think theynhad a reasonable gripe but made the most of it due to negative feedback about their place.

I look forward to Veronica and Saida going out of business.

oh they could have came back for a breakfast.

Wonder if they had to pay for their own hotel room after that.

That was shitty the way they did it. Deliberately to undermine.

    A good sausage :)

To be honest, I never look at mattresses when I stay somewhere.....to some extent, I'd rather not know!! Who knows what I've slept on over the years!

Could have simply been water stains, and even they admitted that that it had been cleaned.

Yes, there were stains, but I've seen worse on this show

Just a bit  about the smell that only two of them could smell!

Well I certainly wouldn't stay there. That room was dirty and the mattress eugh. Ben looks like he needs a good wash so I think he'd stay in a shed and not find fault.
