You have to admit it is unusual to see 20+ films per week when it was usually 2 or 3 10-AM screenings per week for most reviewers.

I'm not sure about 'most reviewers' as I still see the odd preview at midnight, 10:00 / 11:00 am, 1:00pm and again there are official premiers in various cities in the evenings. And on top of that there's the special London screenings where you get invited to X cinema for a particular preview, which can be at any time of the day or night.

And if that wasn't enough, hundreds had the opportunity to see 20+ movies in four days at Fright Fest and at least 10 at Celluloid Screams in Sheffield for the past few years, so it's hardly an exaggeration.

And that's not counting all the movies reviewers get sent through the post to review.

One year I kept a list of how many films I went to see on my Cineworld Unlimited Card. It surpassed 150. I tried to keep it up the following year but eventually forgot about it. It would be cool if Cineworld themselves actually kept a record and you could view it online or something.

    :D I think it's cool as well!!
I have 3 official piles!! 1 from 94-07, and then a 07-09 pile from my time in New Zealand, with both of these piles in storage at me parents and the current pile at my current holdings in Edinburgh. I've never actually joined all 3 piles together, but must be 100s and 100s. I counted 2002 pile once (my first year in Edinburgh) and counted 98 different films!!! Compared to my time after in Norfolk in 2005, when getting to a cinema wasn't so easy with only about 11 trips or something!!!
I also found a website once of cinema ticket collectors, whom scan in all their tickets and write a little description about each ticket of which cinema, about their experience, blah blah :) I have been tempted to scan them all in :D

The first film I remember seeing at the cinema was The Wizard of Oz when I was about 10 years old, I'll be 70 this year, so no, I don't think I could list them all, I can't even remember all the films I saw last year, :)

Too many to remember over the years, saw most of the blockbusters from 1978-2008 plus loads of not so successful ones. First was Star Wars (first time round) aged 5, and the last one was Indiana Jones & the Crap About the Crystal Skull aged 36!

I don't go to the cinema these days, not enough time (no doubt I'll be forced to when my toddlers are a bit older), the price is ridiculous, and there's rarely much coming out that I'm all that bothered about seeing. I tend to just wait a few months for the blu ray these days, which is usually cheaper than going to see it at the cinema.

First would have been one of the many Children's Film Foundation films in the mid 70's on a Saturday morning.

No Cinema experience can compare to being a kid and seeing Star Wars in 1977.

Seen a lot of crap as a kid such as the 1978 Spider man movie, a couple of Herbie movies.

Remember getting a bit teary eyed at Pete's Dragon.

Last visit to the cinema was Lord Of The Rings - Return Of The King.

Haven't been to the flicks since.
