Question about photos and loading

OK I just got my laptop fixed, and when I try to go through some photos, I'll start on the first pic obviously, but then when I go to see the next it doesn't appear, all you get is a blank white screen.

Is it possible that there's some missing software? you'd think a young person would be good with this stuff but here I am :p

    It was on bebo btw (blast from the past), and it was JPG images.

    Bit more info needed. What are you opening the photos with?

    OH yes it's mozilla firefox, and everything works fine on Explorer, I think it's a firefox problem.

    Actually never mind, I can live without old images anyway. I'll just use Explorer in future.
