Why Have Samsung Not included DC-HSDPA In Their Handset`s

As the title i was wondering why Samsung have not included the chip for (DC-)HSDPA in their new handset`s Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note 2.
I am going to hold off now till they release new models in hope as i wanted a (DC-)HSDPA on the three network.
The iphone 5 does have (DC-)HSDPA.
