I have to say Game have been really good. Ordered back in June through some very knowledgeable in-store staff, have had a number of emails keeping me informed of progress and a phonecall asking me if I wanted to upgrade to a bundle.

I guess you shouldn't expect anything less from a "specialist" retailer compared to a supermarket, but still, a painless process so far.

Hope you get what you want OP.

I too have a pre order with Tesco and heard nothing. Tesco will tell us once they know what bundles they will have on offer. I know they are cutting it fine but they'll know soon enough. There is a 10 page thread over on Playstation EU forums about this very subject and they are stuck in the same situation, we'll find out when Tesco find out.
