Not ... The Vicar of Dibley? Or is that Premier Inn?

That's a horrific thought! Think of a higher-end chain of hotels and the famous granddaughter.

HA! Oh god massive egg on my face, that will teach me for going on forums after the pub. I won't tell you my logic to what I thought they were saying because although at the time it made sense in my now sober state I'm shaking my head!

    Sorry!

:D I so want to know what your logic was! :D

    From CDAN:

    She Was The Madam

It is probably the greatest escort service ever devised and this B- list celebrity was in charge of it. Our celebrity had been escorting herself but was tired of it and wanted to make more money and also wanted to be a star. That was always her number one goal. It is why she gave discounts to people who could give her a break. One of those men who she gave a discount suggested a way she could achieve both her goals. So, our celebrity found some escorts who also wanted to be stars and put them together. They traveled the world and everywhere they went the women would spend a night or two with a very very high paying client while at the same time they became stars, or at least the madam did. She took a huge cut of everything and when one of the team got engaged or started doing drugs or didn't wanna be an escort anymore, she was replaced. For years this went on until there were too many people who knew and things were getting complicated so our celebrity shut the whole thing down despite it being immensely profitable.

Isn't this just another version of the earlier CDAN BI about the madam, the ex-banker's wife who likes to hunt?

My first thought was the same thing, so it's not just you!

Travelodge - vicar's ex-husband had a famous 'incident' there. (or a Premier Inn.) Hence the connection. But no, it's def not her!

Maybe Ms Travelodge? She had a pack of celeb friends for a time (including 'firecrotch' and 'lucky') - and oddly they all flashed the paps their *intimate areas* at around the same time. I always wondered if that was some kind of initiation?

 Ooh that's a good guess. I tend to forget about that little group they had back in the day. Yuck. Imagine the STD's.

I think they were referring to an heir to a chain of hotels, first name the capital of France

This almost A list mostly movie actress who is an Academy Award winner/nominee and not named Velma Kelly spent two weeks at a mental health facility within the past 12 months and it was not for a movie role.

    From CDAN:

This A+ list mostly movie actress who is an Academy Award winner/nominee has always tried dating guys while an actress. In her previous career though, before anyone knew who she really was, it was all women, all the time. Don't even bother guessing Clarice Starling.

    *CDAN used the actresses names.

I think it has been discussed previously that I wish they wouldn't do blinds on mental health. It happens to people of all walks of life and isn't really nice juicy gossip. Or is that just me?

Not just you. It's really no one's business and particularly when/if it's someone who keeps a low profile and doesn't court the press. Not gossip fodder and extremely and distastefully invasive.

    Thirded. That's not gossip.

As for the A+ lister, what about the Monster?

Another bad behaviour blind. This time the offender is a B- list mostly television actress who is only B- because of one show. Otherwise? You would not even know her name and if he show on that almost network crashes, so will her career. So, you would think someone in a precarious position such as that would be nicer to friends, family and co-workers. Nope. Co-workers on the set of her show say they have never met a bigger diva and makes sure that everyone waits for her on set so she can make a grand entrance. Every time. For every scene. Fans who want photos? Only if someone from the press is watching, otherwise she is "far too busy." Says it just like that too. Who talks like that? The next thing you know she will be doing a fake British accent. Whoops. Too late. Started doing it in the past few weeks.
    ellie1997 wrote: »
Maybe she could write about it in her diaries, preferably at night though :D

Definitely her as there is a vid of her appearing on a late night chat show where she does her British accent ;)
The Canadian actress? I doubt it is her, as there are endless reports of her being really nice with fans, she spends lot of time with her family, and her co-stars seem to like her a lot.

The Canadian with the late night Diary habit and an aversion to sunlight is in a show that has been going for several seasons so not really in danger of "crashing".

The other Diarist (who is American), who won't meet 'Big' for years yet has a back catalogue of small movie/TV movie parts ("mostly TV" tends to mean 'series' rather than one-offs)

I believe this might be Lana Lang, who is once again playing in a show that is a re-tread of previous material, and whose latest show might be cancelled soon.

I don't think it's her. The wording of the Blind suggests a closer knit grouping only one of which became particularly famous. It also suggests the members of this troupe regularly had changes of line-up.

Don't 'cha wonder about feline mannequins that start out doing burlesque in LA and end up touring the world? And those line-up changes?

    From Blind Gossip:

Both parties in this PR "romance" are such attention-mongers that we were a little surprised to hear that one of them actually wants out. He knows that it is his own fault, but he is regretting the fact that he ever allowed himself to get into this mess in the first place. He thought it would just be lots of publicity shots and magazine covers and a pretend engagement and that it would boost his profile. Ha! Instead, he got stuck in a pit of relentless attention-seeking that is deeper and more soul-sucking than he could have ever imagined. And, ironically, instead of helping him, the publicity is hurting his reputation! However, he has a contract to fulfill, and they are not going to let him make a run for it. All he has to do is look at her ex to know that she is not going to let anyone make her look bad without a huge legal fight. That's what the future holds for him if he can't get out soon.

the way it's written you would think Miss Monster and Kylie's ex but surely he'd just give her the elbow and ignore the contract (unless she has serious dirt on him but you'd think it would cut both ways:confused:)

Could it be Hanna Montana and her fiance, following the recent reports?

    sounds likely until this line

I don't think Montana had a legal fight with ex that we know of

Very true, somehow I missed that line.

It seems to be Kylie's ex, she must have some dirt on him.

I hope it's them. They deserve each other and pretty much everything bad in publicity terms that comes their way. Bring it on. Think of all the dirt they have on each other re their cunning albeit inept and failed attempt to try and deny her ex access to his child and move to France.

    *snigger*
don't get why he can't just walk away, she must have some shocking dirt on him if that's the case. I am sure it will all come out eventually.
