I don't visit the DM site a lot, but whenever I do there always seems to be some sort of story about her. I know her parents are celebs but she's only a kid. They should stop printing stories about her.

That was one of the most pointless and stupid "articles" I've ever read.

IIRC that's the first time ever that she's been snapped with another child. One good thing to come out of her parent's divorce seems to be that she's now with kids her own age and going to school.

They have a very weird fascination with that girl. It is also no coincidence that every article about her is written by "Daily Mail Reporter" rather than the persons actual name.

What the hell's Suri doing with a mobile? That looks so daft! It seems kids of all ages have mobiles now.

Is it any of your business what she is doing with a mobile?

Much as I deplore the constant stalking of Suri (which, let's face it, her Mum condones by not getting an order for the papers to blur her daughter's face when they publish pictures) let's hope this isn't the last time she's in* the company of a child her own age. That is what six year old girls should be doing! We can do without the teenage 'boyfriend/girlfriend' angle the paper has taken (I have daughters, but to them at the age of 6 a boy was just another friend, not someone you hinted might be a 'boyfriend' of any sort) but it's nice to see Suri being the child she is.

*Note I said "in the company of", not "seen (i.e. photographed) in the company of...": I use the word 'seen' purely as a figure of speech relevant only to Suri herself - we don't need to see the evidence.

I can ask what I like on here. I don't need anyone's permission.

When she's 16 I dread to think what maybe printed - 'all grown up?'

I'm afraid you cannot ask what you like on here. To be pedantic there are forum rules, so obviously you cannot ask about certain things. ;)

But to answer your question she has a mobile phone because in a number of photos she is talking to someone or in the process of engaging in conversation with another person in another location. Get it now?

Within the Terms and Conditions, I can. :p I meant, what's her mother thinking of giving someone as young as Suri a mobile. I see you've chosen me as your target to have an argument with. Honestly...

They don't exactly live in the real world these people (whatever that is) now its just all about selling commercialised rubbish and appearing cool with the latest gadgets.

I'd rather the media were banned from reporting on the kids of celebrities. I think it's quite sick.

Whenever I browse the "sidebar of shame" there always seems to be a Suri Cruise story, two or three Kardashian stories and a load of pictures of obscure american reality tv stars either showing off their bikini bodies or "flaunting" their curves/baby bumps...Oh and a child called Honey Boo Boo

They also, to a lesser degree, have an obsession with Halle Berry's daughter.

I thought HIGNFY's thing about the Daily Mail was brilliant last week.

    It's all very strange.

What would DM readers do if some weirdo was constantly following them and taking pictures of their small children and their school friends.

I'm guessing they would be outraged:rolleyes:

Most people who read Mail Online are either American or expats.

Who is this Honey Boo Boo and why does she have such a strange name/in the Daily Mail? I don't want to lower myself (any further!) to click the articles...And who the heck are the Kardashians? Am I out of touch?!

She's one of those beauty paegant children I believe, but I think they have a reality show now. It is...odd.

I feel sorry for Suri Cruise. She didn't choose her lifestyle and she clearly isn't happy with photographers being in her face constantly. And in that article: "Still, that didn't stop her from scowling as she headed into school on Monday morning, no doubt upset her weekend was over." Well, no. She is quite clearly looking straight at the people who are following her around and taking photographs of her.

I saw this video linked somewhere which I think sums it up. She's 6 years old and she's frightened of it all. And her words are: "Guys stop it, you've got enough pictures."

When I went to find the video for that, there was also this one, where she covers her head with a doll and says "Take a picture of my baby instead."

Another one, on her way to school, they couldn't sound more like a convicted sex offender even if they tried.

"Suri donned her uniform of a grey pinafore with white tights and patent pump shoes which she teamed with a denim jacket and pink leopard print back pack.

The brunette wore a yellow hairband at the front of her locks to stop her sweeping style from obstructing her face"

The brunette?? She's a six year old girl! It's beyond creepy...

Re Suri's phone I assumed that it was an adults and they'd passed it to her. If my sister rings me while I'm out with my nephew I'd said 'do you want to talk to Mum?' and let him speak to her. I guess if you took a photo at that moment it'd look like he's got his own mobile.
