It's a serious question!! A colleague gave me a Berroca this monring and I asked if she ever had this "situation" - apparantely it's just me (based on the people in my office!!)

Just wondered if I am the only one out there!!

Looks like it contains artificial colouring. On that link it takes great care in advertising to the hilt that it doesn't contain any sugar or artificial stimulants, such as caffeine I assume, and it would have advertised to the hilt no artificial colouring if it hadn't got any in. But artificial colouring and the amount that's obviously in it to affect the colour of pee is actually a stimulant to a lot of people that are sensitive to it, including me.

As someone has correctly pointed out, the change in colour is actually attributed to the high dose of Vitamin B. It contains more than the RDA, the rest is expelled in your urine.

Totally normal - brighter than the sun pee after berroca.

Kinda cool if you into water sports, but I wouldn't know.

Why, just why? A four year old thread is resurrected for this?

This I was told about the bright yellow pee when I bought some high dose b vitamins from holland and Barrett, even though I was warned I certainly wasn't prepared:D
