Sweaty groin - What cures it?

I get this a lot mainly when i go out i get anxious and get home and my groin area is soaked ,if i was to lose a bit of weight and my thigh get thiner whould i still sweat there? less fat must mean it wont rub and make it sweaty

Could be a sign of diabetes type 2 I had that til I was diagnosed and changed my eating habits.

OP- cover your groin and crack with talc- might work.
I'd be buying some sort of pad dear.
You know....something that leads to less stress.
Chin up....you could have a problem 30 degrees in the other direction and we all know how disastrous that could be.

Add to the fact that extra flab will make you hotter than being at average size.
Lose the flab.
