I don't think Anne is playing Judy Garland. The film has been in development since 2009 and then in late 2010, the project was cancelled. I have been doing research on it. Anne isn't even officially signed to the project.
Stan lee creator of spiderman

Jimmy savile too soon? But facinating. Only a matter of time surely
David icke again, fascinating
The Krays - done properly. I'm not including the version with the Kemp brothers - I mean seriously! Should be a British Goodfellas and to think of all the people that they mixed with.
Freddie Mercury easy but the whole story the upcoming one with Sacha Baron Cohen only takes his life up until Live Aid which is quite good but that's only half the story!
Isn't there one coming, with Sacha Baron Cohen as Freddie Mercury?
Yes, but it deals with the bands early years and finishes with their Live Aid performance. I'd like to see one that charts their whole history and goes right up to Freddie's death.

Would like to learn more about Isaac Asimov. His childhood especially looks interesting.
From the same era and medium Arthur C Clarke would be interesting.
Jack Kirby is another fascinating guy.
and Faye Dunaway is still available to reprise her role as Joan Crawford :-)
Originally, the late Anne Bancroft was slated to play Joan Crawford in a biopic. She ducked out when she realised it was going to be a hatchet job based on Christina Crawford's book. The result was the embarrassing 'Mommie Dearest', which just about killed Faye Dunaway's career. I wonder what a decent, down-to-earth biopic with Bancroft would have been like rather than the camp-fest that we got. I think Anne Bancroft could have resembled Crawford much more than the terrifying look they gave Dunaway.
Everett's too old, anyway, as he's already in his 50s. Turing was 40 or 41 when he died. His academic life started when he was 15 or 16, and the major events took place during his 20s and 30s. Even Everett was at the right age, he's still wrong for the role.
Anyway, there's already a biopic: Breaking the Code with Derek Jacobi as Turing.
And another Turing biopic in the works: The Imitation Game, according to a flurry of news reports a couple of months ago, which is to be produced by Warners Bros, directed by Morten Tyldum (Headhunters) and starred by Benedict Cumberbatch (crap choice, though).

Rupert Brooke (poet; odd life)
Harry Crosby (poet; odd life, similar to Brooke's)
Noor Inayat Khan (WWII heroine)
F. Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald
Koukichi Tsuburaya (Olympic athlete, who committed suicide before the 1968 Mexico City Olympics)
Martin Luther King Jr.
Edith Sitwell, or her parents. The whole family will do.
Bonus:
Led Zeppelin, based on Hammer of the Gods.
Agreed!
They have
Zoe Saldana is playing her. I think filming has finished now. Mary J Blige was meant to play her but dropped out.

We bump into him, from time to time, on the IOW. An interesting bloke, for sure.
As for the biopic, I'd love to see Kate Bush as played by Jenna-Louise Coleman (currently Clara Oswald in Doctor Who).
Interesting! Hope it'll be a good 'un.
Zoe will probably be hoping for an Oscar nod; playing a real life person always helps:D
Leonardo Da Vinci.
Me too.

starring Rupert Everett?
Been waiting years for them to pull the trigger on this one.

I agree that BC will be a poor choice.
