For me I think it has to be Mel C I Turn To You. Still sounds fantastic to this day. Really like Emma Bunton's What Took You So Long also!

Best for me would have to be Maybe by Emma. Close second is First Day of My Life by Mel C.

For me it's a tie between:

What Took You So Long - Emma Bunton
    Maybe - Emma Bunton
    Free Me - Emma Bunton
Mi Chico Latino - Geri Halliwell
    I Turn To You - Mel C

WIthout a doubt on of Mel Cs offerings. I'll go for Northern Star. Stunning song. I love all her albums - she is terribly underrated :(

I do also love Emmas 'Maybe' and VBs 'Let Your Head Go'. They have each released some pretty decent singles though. Even Mel B had 'Feels So Good'.

Completely agree! Victoria's solo stuff is ridiculously underrated ! I love her True Steppers collaboration Out of Your Mind aswell!

I really like "Take My Breath Away" by Emma Bunton. I think it's such a beautiful song.

    Mel B: "Feels So Good"

Mel C: "Never Be The Same Again"

Victoria: "Let Your Head Go" (reminds me of Kylie)

Geri: Her songs are soo cheesy but I guess "Mi Chico Latino."

I loved A Mind Of It's Own. I think people were reluctant to listen to her songs because of who she is. If they had been released by someone else people would have bought it like mad.

Forgot about that one. Great song.

I'm guessing I can't choose Bryan Adams and Mel C "When You're Gone"? If not, definitely between Mel C's "I Turn To You", "Never Be The Same" or Emma's "What Took You So Long"

I've always been a fan of Mel B's Feels So Good. It's catchy as hell.
Plus, I Want You Back was great too.

You can't deny they had amazing solo singles, even Victoria. Remember 15 years ago, that Geri Halliwell was the UK's biggest solo export and huge internationally.

Victoria Beckham - This Groove (very well crafted song that has not dated at all)
Emma Bunton - Maybe (just amazing)
Mel C - I Turn To You (Ibiza at its best)
Mel B - Feels So Good ("let's get soft and smooch-eh" always makes me laugh)
Geri Halliwell - Ride It (like choosing your favourite child, lacking in talent and all songs are completely naff but I love them all!)

True, but it was a cover, and not a particularly good one. The original song by the System is ace though, and as you say has not dated.

My favourite is probably Emma's Maybe, and if duets are allowed, Mel B/Missy Elliot's I want you back and Mel C/Bryan Adams.

I struggle to remember the rest of their solo offerings, but I remember hating everything Geri released.

Not a single mention of Geri Halliwell's "Look At Me"

The best song a solo Spice Girl ever or will ever release.

Emma Bunton's Maybe is a close second.
