Cutting to the chase...Castrovalva, Kinda, Earthshock, Snakedance, Mawdryn Undead, Enlightenment (possibly favourite story) Frontios (favourite performance of Peter Davison) and Caves of Androzani I could watch on a loop.
The others ain't bad either!
Weell, there is 'Time-Flight'. And 'Warriors of the Deep'. This was the era when I became a fan, so even the weaker stories are remembered through a nostalgic haze.
The Caves Of Androzani, Earthshock, The Vistation, Black Orchid, Mawdryn Undead are the best five for me. Most of the other stories are on a lesser scale but still quite good in their own right, with Frontios and Terminus ranking right down the bottom as ones I'm not so keen on.
I like all of the 5th Doctor's stories and would always be glad to watch any of them although of course some were better than others. Some of my favorites are:
The Visitation
Mawdryn Undead
The Five Doctors
Enlightenment
Earthshock
Regarding "Time-Flight", while I could have done without the Master doing his "Khalid" bit, the episode did have some good things. For starters, I liked the scene in the beginning where Tegan and Nyssa want the Doctor to go back and save Adric but he won't and says something like "Don't ever ask me to do anything like that again". Also, I thought the actors playing Captain Stapley and his crew did a good job. I also thought the Master was okay after he stopped being the annoying Khalid. Plus, I like the scene at the end where Tegan ends up getting left behind, which undoubtedly taught her not to "dawdle" where the Doctor's concerned.
And so while the episode certainly isn't one of the all-time greats, it has its moments and I'd rather watch it than some other Classic Who episodes such as "Time and the Rani", for example.
Caves of Androzani
Earthshock
Mawdryn Undead
Enlightenment
I love the Peter Davison era. I even like Warriors of the Deep (probably one of the few in existence who do)
I like the Warriors of the Deep too. Of course, the Mykra wasn't one of the best special effects of all time but neither was the Mara from Kinda either.
Also, you have to admire Turlough's loyalty. The Doctor is in the water for what, about 20 seconds? and Turlough immediately declares he's dead and takes off.

Time Flight is rubbish but as all the actors, especially the guys playing the Aircraft crew seem to be having so much fun it sort of takes you with it. I can enjoy watching it even though I know it's completely rubbish.

I have mentioned several times lately how underrated Time Flight really is. I think it's remembered for being a crap story with crap effects and has an out of budget feel to it as it's the last story of the Season. It also suffers from following Earthshock which was always going to be difficult.
I do believe it has some redeeming qualities though and is not as bad as people make it out to be be. There's no doubt that with more money spent on it and better effects it would be more better received than it actually has. I'd rather watch it than a lot of the tosh that's being served up recently any day.
Kinda, Enlightenment, Snakedance, Earthshock and The Visitation are my top 5.
Thankfully a lot of the really bad stories have got good commentaries so still something to enjoy in Timeflight, Arc Of Infinity, Warriors Of The Deep & Black Orchid even if the stories are terrible!
Bought the Mara tales on DVD quite recently. Brilliant stories
Those & Resurrection of the Daleks are my favourite 5th Doctor stories. I don't get all the love for Androzani though. I've watched it several times & it's just, well...ok.

I would start with this list and add The Visitation and Black Orchid.
Possibly leaving off Earthshock. Not sure why exactly, but the others above I like better.
Peter Davison is my favourite Doctor and the best story of his era has to be The Caves of Androzani. It's simply brilliant!
It has everything you could possibly want in a "Who" story. Good cliffhangers, suspense, happy moments, sad moments, and a bit of harmless violence too.
Also, it features my favourite regeneration of all the Doctors, so far.
I just watched episode one of The Visitation and it really reminded me why I loved Davison's first season so much - it had so much life to it with a new, young Doctor and three companions.
Most of this season is based around the Doctor's attempts to get Tegan home, but its interesting how each character is given time to interact with the other three in lots of little scenes and conversations.
There's a lovely moment with Tegan and Nyssa saying goodbye (before they all realise they've missed Heathrow Airport by about 300 years). And another where the Doctor gets all snappy at Adric.
Throughout the season, all those little moments really did build them into a little family, which I think is why Earthshock remains my favourite Davison story.
The level of risk and danger they faced in Earthshock was terrifying. From the first scene, you could feel this was a different type of Who story and the fact the story ends with one of the 'family' actually dying was amazing TV.
Its easy to forget how well drawn and sympathetic the 'classic' companions were and I think Davison's first season is one of the most successful in this way.

Now that's how to make cybermen scary
100% !
Kinda
Black Orchid (yes, I like it)
Caves of Andronzani
I love most of his stories. They usually have a really distinctive atmosphere.
Enlightenment
Earthshock
Mawdryn Undead
Black Orchid
Castravalva
This really is going against the general consensus, but "Caves Of Androzani" is one of my least favourite Fifth Doctor stories.
Earthshock
Caves of Androzani.
My personal favourite The Visitation.
All of Season 19 is great (even Time Flight!)
like everything apart from Snakedance and Terminus
Agreed (except for Time Flight!).
My personal top 3 would be Visitation, Earthshock and Caves of Androzani. With honourable mentions going to Black Orchid, The Awakening and Kinda.
The Visitation
Mawdryn Undead
The Five Doctors

Absolutely. Also in a ore spoiler age a real OMG moment. One advantage of four episode stories is that you can build up a story.
Time Flight is rubbish but as all the actors, especially the guys playing the Aircraft crew seem to be having so much fun it sort of takes you with it. I can enjoy watching it even though I know it's completely rubbish.
Terminus on the other hand I can't.
2 really at the end of episodes 1 and 4.
