I feel good tonight except from the aches I'm all good.
I see from an earlier post you went gym. You been going long?
I joined the gym about 3 months ago now, along with a running club, but totally f****ed my knee up after about 3 weeks or so whilst doing a 6 mile run. So now just go to the gym. Gotta go hospital to have my knee scanned. Can't go on the running machines either at the gym now. Just do the weights and quite a bit on the rowing machine which I love.

It's not as bad as it was as I've been quite careful with it, but it's frustrating because I spent 90 quid on brand new proper running shoes which take account of my pronation (foot angle in layman's terms) and 45 quid for the club membership which are now pretty much useless. The club physio initially thought it was IT band syndrome but later became apparent it was something more sinister. It's only on my left knee but that is the leg with the worst pronation so it could just be that I ran on the wrong trainers for too long (in some foolish attempt to save money lol).
This Merrydown is grim (and warm). Not sure if I can even drink it. I've given up on the idea of going out now. Left it miles too late. It's going back in the bottle and in the fridge for tomorrow. Gonna get some blackcurrant squash to go with it.
You're not missing much to be fair. It's cider. I only bought it because it was on offer from 2.99 down to 2 quid and I just can't resist a bargain but it's too warm from the Tesco shelves and I've no ice!
In a way I'm glad because it's Friday night and I've managed to get away with spending only 4 quid which is a personal victory lol.
My usual 'poison' is Vladivar (vodka) and some form of energy drink mixer. But Vodka gets me so ravaged, I try to moderate my consumption of it. Occasionally, I fail miserably. When will I learn..
You can normally tell if I've had vodka 'cause I'm the only person in Club 69 at 6 in the morning lol. I put a tune on and then run down to the dance floor lol.

I'll be about a bit tonight! Won't be a late one though, I got in from work about 11.30pm last night and had an alarm set for 10.30am so I'd be up for work today - my parents woke me at 8am to tell me they were going to a uni open day with my brother (which I already knew) and then I couldnt get back to sleep! grrrrr!
