Now where are the ones who said he wouldn't get a record contract.

Present...and although I said this and that, I was partly right. Chris said in his last Xtra Factor that he has loads of record deals lined up or something like that. If he did, why has it taken 5 months for him to be able to sign up to a label? The point is...he was struggling.

Melanie Amaro also got a record deal, it doesn't mean anything.

I'm going to make a slightly cruel but honest early prediction....

He will come and go very quickly.

(Unless you holiday at Pontins or Haven resorts).

The Voice winners all get record deals too, it doesn't seem to get them very far.

it is slightly cruel to predict the worst case scenario, but i absolutely agree with your predictions.:o the picture in that article of him performing at mecca bingo doesn't encourage much faith in his chances.:o

If you actually read the article it says an independent Label so it's not a big label he wouldn't do well if he was signed to a big label anyway.

I have a feeling we will be revisiting the songs for MeNan thread quite soon.

Was 'Please don't let Nan go' one of them?

Are you talking about It's Nan or Never by Elvis Presley featuring Me Nan ?

    I predict a mother's day album .........oh wait we've had mother's day.

I can't see him selling shedloads. If marcus Collins can't sell then I can't see how he will

Songs For Me Nan, the perfect album to tell your father that you don't love him :p

Disclaimer: not all dads are idiots, some care and actually love their children :p

Thankfully there isn't such a celebration as "Nan's" or "Grandmother's day" on August 5th, he probably would've obtained exorbitant amounts of revenue/sales if that was the case. The perfect title of his debut single would be "The Nan with the Golden Gun."

Hopefully the vulgarly ostentatious James Arthur will follow his trail of disposed and cracked albums as the pair of them make a good couple for both being correspondent with their destituteness of talent.

Well said. I agree with both sentiments here.

Why would anyone buy Maloney's CD for Father's Day?! Mother's Day is bad enough :)

Where is the person who knew for a FACT that he was releasing his debut album in April and that it had been proven that the result was fixed? ;)
