Nirvana and Guns 'n Roses are both my era and I love both, but you'd probably have to say 'Dark Side of the Moon' and 'Sgt Peppers' are bonafide classics.

Nah. Good-ish, but very, very overrated (imo).
Fleetwood Mac were a fantastic band when the great Peter Green was at the helm, but after that they became like every other AOR band of the seventies/eighties. One big yawn.
Beatles or Zeppelin all the way.
For me, it has to be either AC/DC [ the second biggest selling album of all time ] or Guns n Roses but there are several more great albums on this list obviously, it could go many ways.
Just NOT Spice Girls or Britney, sorry.
It was one of the two albums on that list I owned, the other being Spice Girls - Spice. How can I vote on an album I've never even listened to?
But with so much filler
Now dont start.
Went with Dark Side in the end.
I'm not ashamed to say I voted for Spice. That was a classic Pop album.
I don't really like most of the albums on that list but oh well, clearly a lot of people did hence why they are best selling
I went for britney's because it was one of the early albums of my childhood, and 15 years later it is still such a great and fun pop album. It isn't groundbreaking or iconic. It's just a nice little pop album and i know the words to every song.
Jack Dawson - out of interest, you state that many albums had little or no impact in the UK, I can't see any name on that list which would back up your statement...name me some...
AdzPower - you should do yourself a favour and go and listen to some of the others up there!
