Every now and then i see a film where its set in new york, obviously made prior to september 11th 2001 where you see the twin towers. I saw 'Cruel Intentions' with Ryan Phillippe the other week and they were briefly seen in that.

What others can people think of where you see the twin towers?

In quite a long scene of the film French Connection 2 you can see in the background the World Trade Center (sic) being built.

I remember the Spiderman trailer with the helicopter caught in a web between the two towers, it was released just before 9/11 and then obviously got pulled and edited afterwards.

You can still find it on youtube.

Yeah they had said they'd still keep them in the film itself as a tribute but can't recall seeing them.

Not a film but they appear in the Simpsons.

Die Hard With a Vengeance (and ironically just about the only thing not blown up in the film).

Dressed to Kill has a scene filmed in the Windows on the World restaurant. You can see the other tower in the background.

there's a song and dance number on the roof of one of the towers,
Filmed right around the time they were being finished

There was a promotional poster for the film that showed the WTC reflected in Spidey's eye. It was also pulled after Sept. 11 2001. My local comic shop ere flogging them as collector's items at £20, IIRC.

The Song Remains the Same Led Zeppelin.

The camera pans across the skyline and stops at the Towers. Robert Plant then introduces the next song with the line "I think this is a song of hope" The song is Stairway To Heaven.
