Out of shot things they couldn't show in Doctor Who

So I was just thinking about all the off-screen stuff that happens in Doctor Who, which wouldn't be suitable to show for a family audience for whatever reason. Stuff like:

-Cyberman conversions
-Human to Dalek conversions
-Miss Foster splattered on the pavement
-Slitheen scooping out people's insides
-River Song 'beginning' :o

Those are just off the top of my head. Your go!

I'm pretty sure there could have been some bedroom scenes between Doctor 5 and Tegan!

I'm sure Captain Jack had plenty of 'Off-screen' encounters!

The partial conversation of a human into dalek in relevation of the Daleks was one of the freakishly scary things I remember seeing at the time! Still gives me the willies!!!

Any character having to pause for a toilet break.

    It's a widespread problem with sci-fi!

Only Amy, once and only because she felt sick.

Ah, but Amy did go to the toilet in The Impossible Astronaut!
Actually, come to think of it, she never really did... She saw the Silence then walked out. I wonder how long she was holding it in for...

EDIT: Weird that two of us jump on the same point at the same time about Amy going to the toilet. Not sure what that says about us, really!

In Planet of Fire - when Turlough had rescued a semi-naked Peri from the sea, and he just flung her on the bed in the TARDIS, wearing his skimpy swimming trunks - he just looked at her. End of Scene! Wonder what REALLY happened next?? :D:D
