Here are pictures of the iPhone 5S if they are to be believed that is. Seems in line with exceptions so could be the real thing or at the very least a pre production model.

    Same as the 5 but with a new flash for the camera.

    The biannual 'S' versions of iPhones have always just consisted of spec bump and minor changes over the preceding model. I would expect the 5S to be very similar to the iPhone 5 externally.
