She kicked off her tour last night in Germany. Seen a few vids today on YouTube and have to say she's sounding amazing, seems to bra show all about her vocal, this is what I want as her last 'Labrynth' tour in 2010 was a big stage production.....I'm seeing her in Manchester on 14th and Liverpool on 15th (bought my BF tix to see her as he loves her too...front row at both dates :-) )
Anyone else seeing her?? And is anyone loving the Glassheart album as much as me!! I do love all 3 of her albums though

My favourite tracks from Glassheart are well I've grown to like all of them but especially Come Alive, Fireflies, Shake You Up, Glassheart and Fingerprints.
I really hope they film the RAH dates for a DVD.
I loved that she actually played Piano for her performance of Trouble, I like that she is developing herself more musically aswell.

Hope everybody enjoys it, looks like it would be awesome!!
When It Hurts, Fireflies and Lovebird
are up there with Yesterday, Better in Time and Crying is Beautiful
Top artist, and I'm a rap fan
Wow, stunning video.
Can't wait to see her in Oxford. Have been watching the vids of the tour on YT and she is looking & sounding brilliant.
This should be posted on the news so everyone can feel like an idiot for not giving Glassheart a chance.
The downsizing of stage production is due to financial reasons and poor sales of her music as well as not having huge demand for tickets to sell out huge venues. However I think that works out as a bonus for people attending as the labyrinth tour big production completely drowned out her vocals. Which again wasn't helped by cheap production of Live DVD/CD combo. I really do hope she breaks away from Simon Cowell and Syco records as they are only interested in their own cash flowing in rather than investing in an artist.
Sorry, I got a bit emotional after seeing that performance. I know Glassheart does switch sounds and even genres but as someone who likes multiple genres, this is actually what I love about the album! I like both kinds of albums that flow and those with a selection of different sounds so I'm ok with that. But I get that some people just don't like that. I still think Glassheart should have done better though. But it's likely that many people bought certain songs rather than the whole album which impacted it's sales. But I definitely disagree when you said she hasn't progressed musically. She has, she's singing with more emotion, she has more confidence and she's doing what she wants. I actually hope she sticks to this rather than letting her label take control, although some success would be nice so she can continue this.
That's how I feel. She seems to be expressing herself so much more now that she did at the height of her commercial success. And I think that Echo and Glassheart are both more interesting albums than Spirit, even though they are less popular. She was sold as a modern Mariah/ Whitney etc, but I think her voice has other qualities which she is now exploring.
From what I've seen, with this tour she is really moving forward as a performer and I also hope she gets the opportunity to continue with her musical journey which goes back to before the X Factor. She has far more substance that she is popularly given credit for.
exactly this! I also hope she's given a bit more artistic freedom, but the opportunity to actually promote her music by releasing decent singles. The clips I've seen so far show that she's improved DRAMATICALLY since her last tour, and she seems to really ooze confidence (even a **** drop at one point!!)
I'm really impressed and very interested to see where her next album takes her. I just hope we don't get an album full of cheap songs to try and get a hit, when they've already missed numerous opportunities with her past two albums.
I'm dying to hear I to You live though, that's officially one of my favourite tracks of hers and I really like 'dark' Leona. I'd love for her to cover an Evanescence song on tour at some point! I think I'd pass out from excitement ha!:p
Exactly.
The support act for the UK is Ryan Keen.
I just think leona can't be bothered and will just work at her own pace which is why she is no longer relevant.
beyonce and rihanna are much more ambitious.
I used to stan for her, but when she announced Lovebird, my stan card went straight in the bin.
I don't even listen to her anymore, and I had to unfollow her on social media.
This is so sad, from selling out huge arenas, to this? It sounds like there's about 25 people in the audience, and the atmosphere is as flat as her personality. Teehee.
I'm sorry, but my love for her truly transitioned to dislike. That day she announced Lovebird, I was tempted to go out and buy a steak and some new leather boots as the ultimate F YOU.
She needs someone to sit her down and give her some real talk, because she could be so much better than this.
Just my opinion
This says it all for me. I would really love to go to more than 1 show, but I am just so happy to be able to get & see Leona live again. For me the Glassheart album is superb, and definitely shows real growth, we haven't seen the best of her yet.
ITA.
She totally needs a fresh break and reinvent herself under a brand new label. Easier said then done of course.
