Not much info on that article, but it looks pretty smart from the pictures, could be interesting.

They've made tablets before and haven't been successful. This is their first Android tablet though.

It's basically a Nexus 7 with a camera and SD slot. If it retails for £169 it should fly off the shelves.

Going for the Enterprise market is a good idea as that's where HP already makes most of its sales. Android has so far failed to take off in corporates as there is so much market segmentation and Apple hasn't really got beyond the executive level due to the prices of their devices. At the $200 level, companies can start thinking about giving everyone a tablet not just the board room poseurs.

The Nexus 7 has a better processor and screen for not much more money. But I suppose it would sell to those that would rather have the rear facing camera and SD slot.

HP to enter tablet market...but they find that they've left things so late that they only end up with a small market share just like the comparable Windows Phone 7 mobile phone operating system situation.

I think for $169 it will sell, low price and a good name are always a good USP. That's a problem with Windows RT, all devices are in the high end of the market. ATM only Apple has a client base that will buy anything for any price. :D
