    Not just a database error?

James Barr was back in the mix last night. Good decision if you ask me...

I hope it is an error. I can't really see them brining it back after axing it.

The bit of James Barr's show I heard last night was good, for once, had me listening to Capital over Kiss on a Saturday night!

I wouldn't classify the remixes on the Capital Mixtape as "specialist output" because they're playlisted songs that are well known in the mainstream chart. Where as stuff like Nicky Romero, Hot Natured, Tensnake & Tiesto arn't (If you get where I'm going)

I don't get why they can't make a deal with Ministry (Sponsorship?) to get their DJs to send in pre-records through the weekend overnights. Besides, Ministry have been trying for years to get their brand on FM.

The old GWR stations used to have Ministry of Sound on Fri & Saturday nights, which I listened to on 2-TENFM. MOS on 2-TEN is what got me into dance music!

:D I'm laughing so hard at the schedule's. London's is MILES different from south coast's. James is not on Friday in London but is on the south coast.... Bless.

    You can't say radio Isn't entertaining! :)

Really? I was listening to Kiss. What did he play?

Good to hear the underrated Adele Roberts of Galaxy FM covering The Request Show now and Early Breakfast this week on BBC Radio 1.

And she's 100 times better than Jameela. God, what is she doing on 1xtra?

Undoubtedly she will cover more on R1 with the impending schedule tweaks - unlike Jameela she deserves the exposure and hasn't fumbled her way into radio via T4.

Andi Durrant set to do a 'Top 50 Best of 2012' show during Xmas. Wonder if Global would do an extra Big Top 40: Best of 2012, as Radio 1 are counting down the top 100 singles during Xmas week.

Ideally Monday 31st would be the right date to do it. I can remember Bauer scheduling their drivetime shows earlier when the last chart show special was on.

Not listening, but according to a tweet sent on the offical Capital account - Will has been on since 10pm (even though the website says James till 11.)

And Ant Payne tweeted about going to work at 3am this morning even though his 4-6am show is no longer on the schedule...

Is the website just showing the old schedule?

James is actually listed 7-10 and 10-11.

On the London schedule, yes. But South Coast has it all as one show.

Are the recorders working? I wanted to listen to the Capital Mixtape today (Tuesday 4th December) on the listen again on Radio player and nothing is remixed.

I wonder if the recorders recorded an hour out because of the schedule changes. The playlist is published on the website though...

Any ideas what of the JBB will be appearing on Capital TV this weekend, if anything?

The "10 reasons to listen to Capital In December 2012" is not on the website yet. But then it is early December, plus planning the end of year is a massive task.

I wonder if this will be their first break away from non-stop videos, and appearance of radio presenters on screen.

Seems the schedule 'changes' was just a error with the database going back to the old schedule...now been changed on the website.

Friday evening we have Pandora: Live At The Jingle Bell Ball from 8pm till midnight.

    On Saturday it's normal until:
12pm - Ant Payne: Live At The Jingle Bell Ball
2pm - The Bassman: Live At The Jingle Bell Ball
4pm - Rich And Kat: Live At The Jingle Bell Ball
    6pm - James Barr

    Then Sunday is normal until:
12pm - Pandora: Live At The Jingle Bell Ball
2pm - The Bassman: Live At The Jingle Bell Ball
4pm - Rich And Kat: Live At The Jingle Bell Ball
    6pm - James Barr
    10pm - Leigh Jones

The Big Top 40 show is still listed for Heart + others...will it just be someone else doing it if Capital aren't taking it due to JBB?

Probably Wilkinson will take the chart on Heart and across the other stations and Capital network will drop the chart.

    You're right apart from:

    Saturday & Sunday

6pm-9pm = Greg Burns: Live at the Jingle Bell Ball
9pm-11pm = James Barr : Live at the Jingle Bell Ball
    11pm = Christian Williams

Andi Durrant is on at 2am on Saturday.

I'm glad that the schedule changes displayed on the website were false as Ant Payne deserves his early breakfast slot- he is a really good presenter IMO. Also, James doing 7-10 and Will doing 10-1am seems like a better schedule than the previous one.

They've changed that today then...as it wasn't that yesterday. Did think it was odd - as I remember from previous balls that the specialist output didn't start at 11pm like normal.
