That looks really nice!, the beef looks succulent, and the sauce looks a nice consistency. Nice potatoes too, but i dont like peas .
Thank you! Yes, the beef was indeed succeulent! It's from M&S, just bung it in the oven for 45-50 mins, leave to rest for 10mins, and it's done. Potatoes made from scratch (boiled in salted water, then into a pan with garlic oil, black pepper, mixed dried herbs and a squeeze of lemon juice.) The peppercorn sauce is a Schwarz packet!
Ok I am cheating a bit, I didn't cook this, Old Ma Sponge did! I ate this two days ago. It doesn't look anything special but it tasted soooooo good! I love my mum's food.
Oh wow! I'm afraid I don't like corriander but it looks wonderful nonetheless- the mark of a good meal! What kind of fish did you use in them?
Thank you. I used salmon, and I seasoned it with chili powder, cumin, paprika and salt n pepper, tho' I suspect you could use just about any fish you like. I'm from the U.S. and I used to make these all the time with grilled cactus, but for these I used shredded cabbage, purple onions, avocado, tomatoes, a homemade tartar sauce, and a good squeeze of lime.

That is a fantastic bowl of food! You are seriously lucky.
I am indeed very very lucky! My mum is 66, still works as a senior nurse, yet asks me what I want EVERY DAY, whatever I want, she loves to make! And during the times when I don't live with her, she would come to my flat once week and bring me freshly cooked food to last me several days (I can freeze the leftovers).
She's at work tonight, but she cooked and left me mixed noodles for my dinner
