I saw a lot of you guys stayed up and watched the MMVA, The twins looked amazing! the hair and bowtie really remind me of them in 2010 :D I think Kelli took many great pix, you can see several now on her twitter.

The red carpet thing is cute and fun, but the interview is really jepic :D The host Liz and T-Rexxx really like them and mentioned them several time during the whole show, after they gone, the host mentioned them to the next guests.
Liz: "They are so energetic, they are more energetic than myself and Phoebe put together."
T-Re:"They are awesome, they pay attention to every detail."
I guess he was impressed by the twins' chat with the Down With Webster, the twins was really genuine, fun and great to hang out with, and can do great presenting :P

And there's Ed Sheeran talking about them, he actually did the best impersonation of them I've ever seen, lol. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HYSIMZ4Fefk

I'm really glad they didn't drop the glitter bottle, haha, cos later the jonaskins did it and I don't think the show's crew was very impressed. No offence to anyone, but I still think the twins deserve more credits than prank acts.
Song's theme nowadays seems to mention "We don't care" "I can do whatever I like" a lot. It's true but I believe there still is a line, morality and principle are still needed to keep things going.

Wish all things goes good to them later this year :)

They were so funny on the red carpet, getting pics with everyone, taking pics of everyone. Could see them taking pics of each other and fans behind Taylor Swift utterly oblivious to her existence. And then at some point them running ducking out of shot trying to stay out on the red carpet watching everything.

they do notice everything, loved the Blackberry Lounge chat, also now they have a canadian phone to lose. Edward joking is this the contract for the new band! The twins have wanted trampolines on stage since before the first UK tour! trampolines and canons!

Glad they didn't spill the glitter either, still disappointed in Edward for the coco-pops on the carpet incident in an interview, although that website moaned about it few times since, still not sure if that is good or bad.

Ed Sheeran chatting about them was awesome and Phoebe posted a great picutre of the four of them at the after party. I think one of the Down With Webster guys tweeted them about the rap they did.

I still think they'd make great chat show hosts, genuinely interested in people and ask loads of questions. I never did buy that they only talk about themselves thing, they always end up quizzing people they are on chat shows or in interviews with. Or if the interviewer is totally useless they interview each other for them.

I agree, they were brilliant, and seems they made new friends as Actresses Lucy Hale, Melinda Shankar and the band Down with Webster are now following them on Twitter.

I specially loved Ed Sheeran talking about them, seems he really gets them and it's so funny watching now the video where the twins give him their jackets knowing the full background of the moment :D

From all of today's articles I really like this one: http://www.cbc.ca/news/arts/the-buzz/2013/06/jedward-on-the-mmva-red-carpet.html?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter

Aaaw "you probably don't know who we are" and Edward forgetting how he got
    scar on his lip.

I'm getting the feeling they missed Avril. Darn.
A lot of youngsters will probably be glad of Janoskians pic, I can't see what the attraction is there myself.

Yeah I'm sure if they had a pic with Avril it would have been the first uploaded one. Shame they keep on missing all their teenage crushes, first Britney and now Avril. It's lovely that the twins are fans because that makes them understand all their fans better :)

BTW in 2 canadian articles the twins appeared among the Best dressed in the MMVAs

They were the best dressed - certainly of the men from what I could see, although Steven Amell (Arrow) was quite nice :o

It's a nice change from all the negative feedback from the press for their blue shiny suits in the EMAs.

    Here are the two articles:
MMVA best and worst dressed. BEST: Jedward. Cheesy, but fun. We approve! http://www.stylelist.ca/2013/06/16/mmvas-red-carpet-best-worst-dressed-stars/#!fullscreen&slide=aol_5967666&?a_dgi=aolshare_twitter
We love the Irish pop duo's fab (if a bit cheesy) style. Faux tuxes and Chucks? Yes please! http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/2013/06/16/mmva-behind-the-scenes_n_3451334.html#slide=2576366

I wonder if they could style other people as well as themselves, or whether they'd just not be interested.

I guess this doesn't looks good of an red carpet show, they need to learn not to eat everything people give them. I know fans in Europe like to give them food, and they like eat them right away. But there are so many incidents could happen, the worst things is the food could be poisoned. :(

I think Much music did a lot promote for the twins on there website. They used their pics as thumbnails wherever they can :phttp://mmva.muchmusic.com/

This remind me of Yahoo‘s Lyndsey said to them "you should market other people"

I guess they could, but they'd like to focus on themselves right now :P

I think they could be HUUUGE if they started their own PR/Marketing agency. They know all the tricks and by now their rolodex or who's who list must be quite long.
There 's a rumor that the janoskians actually don't like Jedward, and Jedward are also not too fond of them!

Think I'd be relieved if that were true. I'd just started blocking and muting them all on twitter in the hope I'd see less tweets to and from them when twins followed them all.

Think the only reason why they are "pretending" is hoping to share or exchange fans.
But to be honest I don't think they have a lot in common.

Well some Jedfans on my twitter timeline are Janoskian fans, hence had to block/mute all janoskiwhatsits! Worse than Keith Lemon crude "comedy" but at least Keith is meant to be a vile parody character.

Kinda depressing if our boys were more lad/loutish they'd probably be given more credit. But because they genuinely do dance to their own drum rather than pretend they are but are dancing to the beat of a specific kind of drum, they are too weird for most people to cope with.

Billy McGuinness asked that Aslan fans treat Jedward with respect.
"John and Edward came forward and asked to help. We're delighted to have them. They picked their own favourite Aslan song and we'll be backing them. Having Jedward on board with U2 has really helped us get worldwide interest in streaming the event, so we are grateful."

After some comments for an idiot I hope people take that on board - I'm sure that genuine fans of Aslan who want to support Christy will.

I think in the UK and UK-tied countries they will carry that X-factor/novelty image around for a long time coming.

It gave them their luck (financial independence) but is at the same time a curse.

I just want Aslan fans to judge them after the performance. If they don't like it, fair enough, but they should give them the chance, I don't want them to boo them or something, after all it's a benefit concert, they're there just to help.

And I also hope the twins get into their "cover mode" and focus on singing the song well instead of jumping around, it'd be lovely a bit of good press after the concert

I hope they do get in their acoustic covers zone, tbh I don't really know any Aslan songs though.

http://youtu.be/yP_pj4v-woE Aslan Rainman http://youtu.be/zGQUqbWfe9I Aslan - "Sad Sad Day" and "Jealous Guy" live on 4fm . 80% of singer(popsinger) have not the best vocals &make nevertheless a career , dont get why `people expect from J&E great vocals when their own fav.singer has also not the best vocals(+J&E have improved much and sing better &better every day)

Twins arrived home about an hour ago. Don't know if they have Aslan rehearsals today or just tomorrow.

Schehera you're right, most of the singers that succeed don't have the best voices, there are a lot of other factors that make someone succeed. From the twins edition in the XF the most succesful acts have been themselves and Olly Murs, and any of them had the best voices of that season. Voice isn't everything.

Unfortunately, when it's about Jedward, everybody pay more attention to the voice than in other cases because of the whole "Can't sing" stigma. It's brave what they're doing tomorrow in the Aslan concert; they'll be in front of an audience that it's probably the opposite of their normal audience, they'll be singing a song they've never sung before live, with a live band, and a song that those fans are used to hear in another voice (that they probably love to pieces). I guess that nobody expects anything good from them, so that's why I want them to do so well, I want them to prove themselves in front of a lot of "haters".

I want to think that the audience will be nice given the nature of the concert, but you never know.
