Oh man, there are far too many!

    The immediate ones that spring to mind;

    Airplane
    Shaun of the Dead
    Trading Places
    Superbad
    Ghostbusters

The 'I had a drinking problem' scene from airplane makes me giggle like mad every time I see it.

Stonehenge in This is Spinal Tap is a pure classic.

"And you my love, won't you take my hand?
We'll go back in time to that mystic land
Where the dew drops cry and the cats meow
I will take you there, I will show you how"

Dumb and Dumber must have the highest number of quotable lines in a comedy.

The Big Lebowski is another favourite of mine.

    .

Ha ha Dumb and Dumber has one of my all time favourite lines:

Harry: I expected the Rocky Mountains to be a little rockier than this.

Lloyd: I was thinking the same thing. That John Denver's full of shit, man

What's Up Doc is probably one of the few films that I laugh pretty much almost literally right the way through. By the time the runaway Chinese Dragon chase comes around, I'm in genuine danger of 'rofl-'ing. The verbal, visual and general situational absurdity is sustained to a very rarely seen degree.

I sat down with low expectations of Death at a Funeral (US version) and ended up pissing myself throughout.
