Luke could be great. Wanted a stripped down choice from him for ages.
Sam Bailey – Something. Could she have thought of anything more predictable?
her song choices are boring me to tears.
Actually looking forward to seeing Nicholas sing Someone Like You to be honest. Will be interesting if he does it justice.
Interesting pick for Tamera. She could be near the top of the leader board if her performance equals how good this choice is on paper.
Glad Rough Copy are finally singing something that isn't cheesy.
Sam Callahan singing Faith though? Horrific! These have to be the most UNCREATIVE song choices by a mile this week.
How many more times will we listen to Viva la Vida being massacred?
something ?
Shirley Bassey song.
The Beatles
Tesco Mary covered it in 2010.
theres no way she can live up to shirley bassey doing that song unless they are gonna do some twist on it
I mean that's the version Sam will be doing.
I thought this week with almost a free rein we would have seen them do something more in keeping with their potential direction , when in tamera's case especially they are making her look even more dated rather than focussing on her youth
I agree in some way. I really want them to focus on selling Tamera as the fun girl she is! She's been given ballad after bloody ballad and it's driving me nuts. She was so good doing Ain't Nobody!
But since Beneath Your Beautiful in Week 2, I actually like this choice.
if she sings it straight I just cant see any way she can get anywhere close to the original version of the song
I can only assume they are gonna try some sort of twist with it and that itself could be dangerous with such a classic song
