  Never been a fan of him as a tv presenter but his LBC and Absolute Radio shows were great. Pity he doesn't do that style of radio any more.

  I'll never forget Ricky Gervais' withering put down of him on i think it was "the 11 o clock show"
  
  there seemed some genuine niggle between the two and after some comment by Iain Lee Gervais retorted with "you look like a cross between Hugh Laurie and a stick insect" I found it quite amusing at the time.
