Windows 8 - burn iso to disk

I'm going to be taking advantage of my £14.99 upgrade offer to W8 tonight and I was wondering how I can get the iso onto disk?
I plan on booting from the disk and installing W8 on a separate partition I have lying empty. I've read conflicting opinions on the download of W8 through the upgrade process - I presume there is an option to download the iso separately and burn a disk yourself? (Instead of going through their upgrade process?)
If not, is the upgrade process much better than it was from Vista > Windows 7? I just don't want to have a hassle of it messing up programmes and stuff.

Yes you are given the option to download the ISO near the beginning of the process.
But it's an either/or situation. If you start down the road of upgrading from within the previous Windows, you aren't offered another chance to make a DVD.
That was the mistake I made. I thought I could put the ISO on disk later, but it's nowhere to be found.
I did it this way then exited the installer and restarted it then just did a normal upgrade. However I wasn't happy with drivers and performance, so decided to do a clean install from the disk.
It's running very smooth and fast now. Also loving how it works extended to a secondary display, where I can keep the new Win8 tiles on one monitor and keep a standard desktop on the other monitor. Also installed classic shell. Totally happy with it
Or can I install it on the empty partition from within Windows 7? Is that an option, or does it have to go onto the partition with Windows 7 on it?
Also, I read last night there's a menu setting in the Windows 8 where you change how your computer boots up, as it's automatically set to boot to Windows 8 very quickly. Where can you find that setting so I can.allow it to skew me the boot menu
"Burn ISO File onto removable hardware USB or DVD to chose which partition to install Windows 8 on."
Now I just need to learn how to use it!
Cool. So you can keep Windows 7 and install W8 Upgrade on a separate partition? That's good news - wasn't aware you could do that.
Just wanted to double-check. I have selected the download for £14.99 and NOT the 'backup DVD' - assume this is something they post hence the P&P charge appearing.
I am at the stage of paying via PayPal and have not seen any screen about downloading as an ISO.
I have my separate partition ready but don't want to actually begin upgrading from within Windows 7 as I want to keep it and install Windows 8 to the other partitionand dual boot.
At what stage will it ask me if I want to download rather than install please?
Many thanks
