What US shows have you seen on UK TV in the past and wish they would repeat again

For me two shows spring to mind - loved them both and managed to find them on DVD - but had to get from the US (thank goodness for multi-region DVD player) as not available here.

Young Americans
Moonlight (not to be confused with Moonlighting – a completely different show)

"Hack" starring David Morse and Andre Braugher - we saw season 2 when it was shown late at night on ITV1 with signing but have never seen season 1. I don't know whether it was ever shown on ITV1 but if so, we missed it. Apparently it was on ITV3, but I didn't get that channel then.

Young Americans was great. I remember watching it on Trouble. It had a criminally short run of only 8 episodes.

I'd love to see Savannah get a rerun. It was a mid 90's soap from Aaron Spelling that was a mix between Dynasty and Melrose Place. It used to run on ITV in a 9pm primetime slot (a rare occurrence for an American show on ITV) before they shoved it into a late night timeslot for it's second season. It would be suited to a channel like CBS Drama. And of course Central Park West, another 90's US soap from the man behind 90210 and Sex and he City, that aired on Sky.

Not mentioned, but CBS Action will be showing the original Hawaii Five 0 from January 8. It's not aired here since the Granada Plus days.

Her from Flashdance was in a couple of episodes of Castle that were repeated recently, playing a CIA agent. Not very convincingly, although since this was Castle that's not really the point.

Oh I loved the original 'V' - a gazillion times better than the recent remake which sucked all the soul out of the original.

I'd love to see Babylon 5 on terrestrial TV again. I know it's been repeated on Syfy (I think) but we can't all afford to have Sky!

And I'd love to see 'Soap' again, though I'm not sure I'd find it as funny as I did when I was a teenager. It might be one of those shows that dates really badly.

The Larry Sanders Show - behind the scenes of a TV talk show. Had a Larry David/Seinfeld vibe about it.

The Practice - About a Boston Law firm. Don't know if it was ever shown in the evenings, but it had some great characters and some really gripping storylines.

Yes, I would love to see The Practice - I only saw the first couple of seasons and then it went onto a succession of channels that I didn't get.
