Oil Spillage on MacBook Pro

Hi all,
A few months ago, either my boyfriend or I (we haven't quite worked out who's to blame yet! ) left a bottle of Moroccan oil for hair sitting on top of a MacBook pro. Stupid, I know. Unfortunately it somehow tipped while we were not at home and of course smothered the mac. I managed to clean it but naturally there was quite a small amount that managed to seep through the case into the internal part of the computer.
The MacBook appears to work perfectly fine apart from 2 issues:
1. The keyboard is very unresponsive, you have to hold in the keys for about 1 second in order for them to work.
2. The speaker is crackly when the volume is loud or the sound is bassy.
I opened the bottom case about a week ago and mopped up the oil residue the best I could with a soft cloth but I'm finding the oil very difficult to clean properly.
Obviously the Apple Store will laugh at me if I try to take it there and I do not wish to make a claim on home insurance unless it is absolutely necessary.
Does anyone have any advice on how I can try and clean the inside of the Mac without damaging the components further? I have been advised that oil will not corrode the components so I think it may still be saveable!

Don't drink it, obviously. Or smoke while you're using it.
And don't let ANY of it get into the hard drive or onto the bearings of the fan.
What would that do?
It would dry out the lubricants in bearings shortening their lives.
It would likely destroy the hard drive if the bearings get dried out.
Okay, thanks for the heads up!
Ahhh that looks like exactly what I'm looking for - and its cheap too
It is good ,I use it as I do another make I got from a small computer shop, both do same job.
