London Life RPG not included with EU Layton: Spectre's Call.
The game launches here on 21st November
But, presumably to pay us back for Xenoblade, we will apparently not be getting the accompanying 100 hour RPG "London Life" - even though it's set in our country - and it will be released in the US one month earlier, on 17th October.
Good news, though, it's a region-free DS (not a 3DS) game - so import ahoy.

Nintendo's statement was:
So it could be that the exclusive is that for the US, "it will be available from the start of the game". We'll still get the RPG, but have to unlock it by playing the Spectre's Call, like the original Japanese version - not so bad then, if true.

But as I said, there's the import option - no need to start an Operation Londonfall or anything.
London Life not available in the UK? Thats just stupid I was confused as the title said it was coming and the comments below said no?
I'll import the US edition - except Luke's voice is bloody annoying in the US version....
Is London Life worth the extra hassle?
apparently it is due to the game being multi language in europe - time and effort of doing 5 languages instead of just one.
It is only 100 hours if you like it though, most reports I have read talked of being bored by it after very little play.
To those who bought the US version, is it worth it for London Life? I ask because my DS Lite is on its last legs and I'm thinking of replacing it with a DSi as I'd supposedly be able to get online without messing with my router settings. I recall, however, that a DSi won't play US versions of games.
In addition, are the characters all American in the US version and are there any puzzles which are more difficult in this version for Brits due American terminology or anything?
Hi i got the USA version online without reaslising the UK/USA differents but it still worked on mine DS.
the only differences ive noticed are name differences in some puzzles and obviously London life
