I agree with you. In fact I think I've posted something similar on a different thread. It seems that certain people tar all 144 housemates with the same brush because of the actions of the determined few who continue to get papped falling out of clubs on a regular basis.

What does she actually model? she must be up there with Linda Evangelista to earn enough to live in a chav mansion, spend a fortune on trashy clothes and drive an expensive car. I've met a few personalities in my time:

- Andy Crane (from Children's BBC) nice bloke

- Billy Connolly - funny and friendly

- Pat Sharp & the twins from Funhouse - very friendly and chatty, was embarrassed because I had a childhood crush on the twins!

- Alex Higgins (Hurrican Higgins) the snooker player - up himself, and quite rude

- Debbie McGee (the lovely Debbie McGeeeeeee!) very nice, pleasure to talk to, very friendly

- William Roache (Ken Barlow) arrogant, 'do you know who I am' type, his wife and daughter aren't much better

- Les Dennis - very nice, took the time to speak to me, and complimented me on what I was wearing

- I've also met a number of Scottish actors and actresses, all of whom were very, very nice: Gerrard Kelly, Paul Young (Hooked on Fishing), Jan Wilson (City Lights, Still Game, Lovejoy etc.), Andy Gray (also City Lights).

Husband has met late Bob Monkhouse twice and the second time he remembered his name. Dh said no idea how give he must've met so many people but he was very flattered and said Bob was great company. Husband's van broke down once and he got a push from Warren Mitchell (aka Alf Garnett) and he went to school with Dave Gilmour.

I've had to escort Prince Philip on a tour - very randy bloke, not horrible, def an eye for the ladies

Briefly met Christopher Eccleston, oh alright he signed my nephew's autograph, but really lovely. A very infectious grin.

Bobby Robson is like your favourite grandad. Alan Shearer happy to talk life, football and Alan was much more animated and good looking than he come across on tv sometimes.

I'm exceptionally jealous of that one! He's one of the few main cast members of Doctor Who that I haven't met yet and he's "my" Doctor, too. He's is notorious for being private, so there isn't such a high chance of meeting him at public events like there is with the other cast members.

I really hope to meet him one day and can only hope he'll do some theatre so I can bump into him at the stage door.

Model? Really, what campaigns and magazine covers, shows etc has she done?

She no longer 'writes' for the Mirror either- though I highly doubt that she wrote it herself considering she can barely string a sentance together. It was a joke her writing a fashion column anyway, how does shopping for a living make you an expert of fashion? and her dress sense is awful and chavy.

I once shared a cab with Jimmy Hill, who was a real gentleman, not full of himself in the slightest, and we had a very interesting chat on a series of subjects. I think he even let me pick up the fare!

I also saw William Roache and his wife and daughter.It was in the late eighties.I was having a meal with mu Mum and Dad and a place called The post House in Sandiacre.The staff were fawning over them and treating them as if they were gods.The daughter had a giant teddy bear,and demanded it have a plate of food,she sat it at the table like another diner.His wife looked sooo snoooty as if she was abov everyone.My mum said she looked like mutton dressed as lamb anyway.

I haven't met many celebrities but they've all been quite nice.

Russell T Davies - have seen him 3 times in Cardiff Bay and once in HMV... he bought Supernatural on DVD... he's bloody tall! Bumped into someone and they dropped their CD, he picked it up and apologised

Tony Hart - in Dulverton, when I was about 5 (so just over a decade ago!) he smiled at us and waved, probably amazed we recognised him tbh.

Rhydian - genuinely nice, if a little odd... fell over in front of him :S

I haven't met David Tennant but I know he's nice - my grandmother's friend had made some Christmas cards for charity and he bought a whole bunch, also my friend caught him filming and he took about 15 minutes to talk to her, gave her his autograph and took a picture with her (he's making bunny ears over her head, haha).

Julian Barret - saw him in the British Museum, he had a baby with him and kept laughing hysterically as it tried to eat a cake, haha. He seemed happy to talk with people, but I'm not a fan so I left him alone.

i crashed into pam ayres' trolley in waitrose in witney years ago...she took it quite well if i remember rightly but i was only about 12... no lasting harm done

apparently my mum saw kevin whately [inspector morse and lewis] walking down a high street in truro years ago too but i was too busy to notice as i had my then teenage chompers around a huge cornish pasty...
